This is a GREAT Album! This will definitely cross into Fall 2025 season of HITS easy. I was pleasantly surprised by the growth of Parker in this project. To put it out there...I think he is talking, hanging, and writing with the right people. He brought forth a deep country music album with roots in Traditional Country, or what I like to call "Country Country". Vocals are gritty at times and expansive, but his tone remains still clean and authentic. This album is packed with harder melodies and extended notes that really showcase his impressive vocal abilities. LYRICS At moments I hear Willie Nelson and Eric Church sounding melodies. He decided to go less pop country, and in many regards went closer to what The Opry is looking for in artists. Although I feel his few missteps were found in Instrumentation. Track 1 thorough 5 is exceptionally strong and enjoyable when trying to ramp yourself up. I do feel this album will be a slower burn in popularity because of Parker's choice to go more traditional. Nothing "catchy" to be catchy. Everything is well thought out and the more you listen to the album the more you grow into the lyrics and melodies. It's writing with purpose.
